Our Approach

We utilize a holistic approach to treatment.  Our personal style is to offer support, compassion, questioning, and encouragement to try new ways of being for adults, children, adolescents, and families in both long-term and short-term therapy. We specialize in working with individuals who wish to create lasting, positive changes in their lives and relationships.  We believe therapy is often a gift we give to ourselves and encourage people to call our office any time.

We are here to help!

Today, life can be very fast-paced and demanding! In dealing with the many challenges, tribulations, and life events which are thrust upon us, can cause us to be overwhelmed and ill-prepared.  Unable to deal with life changes such as death, debt, divorce, medical issues, and unemployment, you are not alone.

Our Story

Robin Rooth-Fogel, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LLC dreamed of one day having a private therapy practice.  Her career began in administration for people with intellectual disabilities in a community setting.  Upon receiving her Master’s in Social Work degree, she started helping children and their families get healthy in their own homes by providing mobile therapy services. She then pursued an opportunity to be part of startup team in a residential treatment facility for teens with dual diagnoses.  In pursuant of her dreams, Robin launched her own practice in association with the Mitchell Center in 2007.  She then opened the new office in Coopersburg in 2015.
